Thank you so much for Todays shooting. From the minute we walked through the door, we were welcomed till the time we sadly left. You let me try a gun, have to say it was second hand, obviously won't be able to try a new one. From that I shot with a strange gun but from the instructor, John, made me feel so comfortable with it. So much so I purchased the gun and I'm looking forward to returning for more lessons. Many many thanks for making the day so enjoyable. Regards, Mike

Absolutely love this ground. Numerous differing stands and high towers. The Lodge itself is one of the best in the country and contrary to what I hear its actually cheaper than most grounds. Very hospitable staff and the gun room manager always takes time to offer free advise which has helped me allot. Worth a visit wherever you come from.

Over the years i have traveled up and down the country shooting at various grounds called here a couple of months ago It was very busy with a corporate shoot was made to feel very welcome found all the staff friendly and helpful Great challenging sporting targets changed regularly including 150 ft tower plus all the main disciplines Every thing is fully automated with delay action buttons no waiting for squads to be made up .....turn up and shoot Great clubhouse /restaurant and gun shop Maybe not the cheapest place to shoot but you get what you pay for Was really impressed and although it is a 60 mile round trip decided to join there the club there and then ......and with being a club member have saved already on what it cost to shoot GREAT VENUE
