Visited this establishment a while ago to complain about some chips that were awfully burnt. I had a quiet polite word with the owner regarding this matter where another member of the family intervened and made threats to knock me out over my complaint, directly following this he slapped the chips out of my hands. A few months later I passed the park fish bar where once again I was verbally abused and threatened aswell as assaulted. I strongly advise against using this chip shop, and put your custom elsewhere in this town to another chip shop where you can certainly be sure to get better service and quality for your money.
Saturday, the 12th of March arrived 5:30 pm placed order three cod one portion of chicken nuggets two large portion of chips fish lovely nuggets lovely. chips load of rubbish they were hard for lots of little bits overcooked I will not be entering the shop again unfortunately
Excellent Fish & chips, thin beautiful batter great fish and lovely crispy chips! My husband John just rung Chris to congratulate on such tasty F&C! We will definately be back next week
The worst fish and chips iv ever had, the batter on the fish was rubbery as if it had been cooked and reheated all day. Chips were cold and the portion very small. Had it been earlier in the day I would have taken it back and complained!

Without doubt the best fish and chip shop in Faversham. Food always well cooked and tasty and chips are second to none. Highly recommended.
The cod can be a bit oily, but if you order something freshly cooked like haddock or rock it's perfectly done and the portions are just right.
Get food from here fairly regularly, portion sizes are usually very good sometimes too good! and the quality is always high. No complaints here
I decided to treat myself to an English tradition of fish & chips today, when I got home & opened the packing the fish was dripping in oil & had stuck to the chips, all the chips were all stuck together again caked in oil, as I was very hungry I decided to try & eat it, absolutely disgusting everything was tepid & tasteless, & most ended up in the bin, it seems that the youngsters working there need to be taught how to fry properly as it is obvious that the oil was not hot enough as it should not have been absorbed into the food, some may say why didn't you take it all back & complain but as I live about 1 mile away & had to get a lift both ways & couldn't get a lift back, I am an elderly citizen that has to watch my money & I must say this is the worst ive ever tasted.
