I give 5 stars to the staff at Park Farm. Our mum was a resident for 2 years until she recently passed away there. We had always been happy with the care mum received at Park Farm but particularly in her final weeks when family was there 24/7 we noticed that both mum and our family were treated by the Park Farm staff with the most extraordinary love, care and compassion. We were also impressed by the staff’s professionalism, warmth and sheer hard work. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did for our mum and dad, who visited daily over her 2 years there. The staff made a difficult time easier to bear and helped ensure mum passed in peace and with dignity. Our family will be eternally grateful. Thank you. The King family.
On behalf of family and friends of the late Norman Barber I would like to express our deepest respect and appreciation to all the staff at Park Farm Lodge Care Home. Norman could not have wished for a better place to spend his finale days. The staff were professional, friendly and extremely caring from the moment he was placed in Park Farm Lodge to the minute he left it at the age of 94. Our family will be forever grateful that we found this wonderful home and such lovely caring staff. We will be forever in your debt.
Hello, my name is Mrs lorna Richards, maiden name lorna wyattnMy mum and dad stayed at Park farm lodge care home, around this time last year, due to myself and my family hoping they would be cared for as they no longer could care for them selves and dispite everything we all did to help them it just wasent enough.nnmy mum mary wyatt was addmitted first after a long stay in good hope hospital , she was well looked after in the first few weeks by the carerers and appered to be quite well, but then after a few weeks it seemed different myself and my sister went to visit and my mum and her room smelt very bad of urine.nnwe dident say anything to the care workers or nurse as we no its hard looking after so many dependant people.nnnot long after this , our mouther went compleatly down hill and would not eat , drinck much and lost all interest in life . she passed away on the 9th of march last year and it has taken me this long to write this review, as i donot belive she was looked after as much as she should of been.nni donot think this is a good nursing home as i know my mum would of been no trouble to anyone.
The best care home and nice staff very good with the old people.
Took great care of relative, thank you all.
