DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible passive aggressive service. Went to drop of Evri parcel returns. Asked for some assistance though in fact probably needed little, but hadn’t done one in a while and all the codes were deep in my email. The owner of the shop then launched into a detailed and awful explanation of how little the returns make him and how that means he’s unwilling to help or be of assistance. I asked why he bothered with it, and he essentially said he used it as an advertising and marketing tool to force people to come and perhaps buy stuff. As if providing the service is contingent on you spending extra money with him. Do yourself a massive favour and go to the Co-Op Evri stores in Lechlade or Fairford high street. Hopefully the free market will punish this awfully run place and true value will out. Evri should also remove their business from this place.
Absolutely brilliant place! Needed to return an item to Amazon and this place was listed as a Hermes drop-off point. At first it seemed a strange place to have a drop-off, but Singh was super helpful! I'm from out-of-town and the vast majority of people who came into the store knew Singh by name and was equally welcome in greeting. A great little community spot! We resolved the Amazon/Hermes return and I was on my way in no time! Definitely a great little place! All the best Singh! and thank you again!!! - The "Aussie" :-
