Nice place to stay Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom too was comfortable and in good size. Kensington is a nice and quiet neighborhood to stay at. Location, in terms of ease of travel to other areas, is not bad, but you have to walk at least 10 minutes to each of the 3 nearest underground stations. The hotel is a bit outdated, and the lobby is not inviting to stay in.  Food & drinks: The breakfast at the hotel is nothing to talk about We found a nice place for breakfast 10 minutes walk from the hotel: :Paris Baguette Kensington High Street 129 Kensington High St, London W8 6SU  Noteworthy details: In addition to 3 metro stations within a 10-12 minute walk, there are 2 bus stops, closer: No. 74 on Cromwell St. Especially important when returning late

I recently stayed at Hotel Park City Grand Plaza and had a fantastic experience! The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met.  One of the highlights of my stay was the shisha lounge. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service there was top-notch as well. They offered a great selection of flavors.

This is a great hotel. It's in a real good area, very helpful and friendly staff.  Could not fault it. Within a short walk, you have museums and underground train stations. There is a restaurant on site, not run by the hotel, but it was also good. I had a buffet breakfast there, and it was really nice. I was able to leave my luggage there until I was ready to collect it. A great experience, I would recommend it.

Pleasant, quiet, room overlooking the garden and patio. The hotel is located on a residential street and is pleasant. Great bathroom with a full complement of toiletries. Check-in and out easy.Rooms: 5/5

This place is great! Staff are very friendly. Rooms cleaned every day. We had two rooms in different parts of hotel and both had new bathrooms. Very clean. Ask for room with balcony. 9 minute walk from Earl's Court Underground stop. Supermarket just around corner.Rooms: 5/5

This hotel was a great way to start our trip. Traveling to Europe in the summer, I’m always a little worried about air conditioning but our room was perfectly cold and very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. A little bit of a walk to some of the main areas, but a very quiet area.Rooms: 5/5

This Hotel is a 1 star Hotel at it's best,, At the entire front desk's  team, Only one guy at the front desk was profesional & helpful.  The room we got was full of flaws,dirty & holes on the wall. Best of all we had to walk up 15 plus stairs to get to our room. Room service showed up only when we complained,, their excuse was 'We ARe Busy"... Even the front desk guy agreed with me when he saw the condition of my room, he suggested to email the manager Jack he was pretty sure I would of gotten my money back, but,, Noooo,,,, Jack the Manager  started playing games with his fancy words & silly emails. It was so obvious the Manager wanted to waited out & wear me down,,,,,, NOT ME BUDDY...... I like to get the service that I paid for nothing more & nothing Less.....Also not looking for a handout.......... Please stay away from this Dumpppp....

Our family had a fantastic stay at Park City Grand Plaza Kensington. The hotel's location was perfect, close to attractions and public transportation. The rooms were clean, perfect for accommodating our family.Rooms: 5/5

We arrived late and tired from a very long flight and was really happy to be greeted warmly by a very friendly and accommodating staff,  Sunan. He attended to our sink issue personally upon checking into our room as there was no repairman available. The rest of the staff whom we had the pleasure of meeting namely Milan, Cedric, Nabila and Aminah were all fantastic! They were really hardworking and always ready to help! We stayed there 4 times over a period of 1 month and will definitely book it again for our next trip. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.  Walkability: Great location with 2 nearby tube stations.
