Disgusting service. Very expensive over £400 item delivered 6 days late and to wrong location, with no address given and a name we do not recognise. It’s now sat in a garden somewhere. Literally have our own postcode! It brings you to our door! Cannot speak to an actual human in customer service. Takes you round in circles then cuts you off. Absolute disgrace of an organisation. Save yourself the hassle and give your precious delivery to UPS or DHL.
Absolutely the worst courier service I have experienced. They fail to deliver when they say they will. I waited all day for a delivery then found that the parcel had been returned to the depot without any attempt to deliver and no explanation why. Live tracking is a joke. Had two deliveries aon same day one by Parcelforce the other from Amazon whose depots are next to each other and set off at same time- Amazon probably with more drops than PF arrived on time, PF still miles away and unlikely to meet the 7.00pm deadline at which point they give up and return to depot. I thought Evri Hermes was bad but I've never been let down as badly as by Parcelforce - avoid like the plague.
I have been let down by parcelforce, I had to go to the doctors at that time, so I wrote a note on the door to leave it around the back with the blue bins. I never got it, he left a phone picture, I can't think we're he's left it, I went to the lovely Post office and their say its not with them. So I don't no where he done with my booze, £50.00 pound down the drain, thanks to parcalforce. Do not use them, because their will deliver else we're, don't thouch

Been waiting a week for my parcel to arrive and it looks like a dog has chewed it , horrible service from the man that delivered it I opened the door asked what happened and he said when he grabbed it it ripped but he said it was tapped up so it didn’t matter to him he gave it to me and then just walked away
If I could have posted no stars, I would have. This is the worst delivery company in the industry. Absolutely pathetic. They effectively hide their contact details because they don't want anyone to call them to complain. When you do find a number the delay in endless. I've been waiting 90 minutes and still no answer. Absolutely ridiculous. A note to all industry customers, do not send with parcel force. Every time I get something sent, they "can't deliver" " unable to locate". There are no problems with all other delivery companies:-Yodel, DPD etc. The only company who cant find my house is "parcelforce". A terrible, terrible company.
Any company that uses ParcelCompare and provides customers with that level of service deserves zero stars. Don’t use ParcelCompare ever, but don’t be fooled thinking “oh it will be ok bcs it’s Parcelforce”. 100% you will regret it.
I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered for over a week, seen on tracking the day it should have come it was returned to the depot due to an unknown reason. Phoned up after a few days and sat on hold for 35mins then was told everything was ok and would be delivered the next day... 3 days on its still not here. Worst delivery company I have experience I have more faith in Evri & Yodel than I do in ParcelForce. Previously they lost a large parcel I sent worth over £500 & took me 6months to get my money back. Use anyone but parcel force!
I will be avoiding using parcel force in the future Today I will drive 30 miles to go and see if I can get my parcel Next day delivery option - first day the item was returned due to difficulty locating the property I got and email so I asked for the item to be left at my business address , 250m from my home address This is right in a main road , unmissable Again- no delivery The reason given online was due to “adverse weather” which was rubbish - the roads were fine and the weather cold but hardly bad enough to cause an issue! Since then nearly a week ago! I have heard nothing So ….. here’s hoping I can retrieve my £129 purchased item ! Not good enough!
