Ordered for next day delivery for a job the following day. They delivered to wrong property & when I called I was told they made the inquiry urgent to the Gatwick depot & I’d still receive it the same day. It’s now four days later, no news, cancelled job, just because someone can’t be bothered to read a delivery label properly. To have no response is pretty pathetic to be honest. If I ran my business like this I basically wouldn’t have one. A reply would be nice but I won’t hold my breath.
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Parcel Force. This is the third time I’ve called them, requesting my parcel be delivered to my neighbor as I’m at work, and every time, they’ve ignored my instructions. No solutions, no accountability—just the same issue over and over again.nnTheir service is unreliable, and getting them to follow simple delivery requests is impossible. If you need a courier you can trust, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Tried delivering consignment to wrong address and then lied about delivery the next day! AVOID PARCELFORCE - unless you have time on your hands to waste waiting for this incompetent lot…
I already placed 8 of my boxes for collection on the ground floor before 8am from the second floor of my apartment & was in ALL day but somehow they claimed that I was not in at 1.20pm. The buzzer which functions perfectly did not ring & I was just in the living room right above the entrance at that time. No attempt was made at all! And I am being charged £20 for a second attempt! I will wait right outside the entrance for the second attempt & see for myself if they will truly come to collect despite numerous reviews saying otherwise.
Excellent service I’d expect nothing less from you Parcelforce!nExtraordinarily overpriced and broken products thanks.nBy the way, Saturday delivery is excellent when you turn up don’t give enough time to open the door and drive off taking my parcel and leaving a card that says nothing except your signature that it will be taken back to a depot that you can’t collect which was the main reason for having Saturday delivery.... Because I needed it on Saturday.
