Friendly staff but the place is definitely understaffed/overworked. It take a long time to get a good appointment (a few weeks, but this is pretty normal and not the practises fault). Trying to get through to the staff on the phone is very annoying though. The lines are usually busy and it takes many tries before I can get through
Update. I've been trying to get through the line for my blood results for the past few days and still no success. Getting very frustrated!

Good doctors but fewer staff. I usually don't get hold over the phone and need to go physically to make appointments. Staff seems over worked too.

Great staff feel sorry for them overworked do their best for people who cant speak english .Doctors mchugh &  campbell .very helpfull

Good doctors but overbooked and overworked. Sometimes have 2 week waiting times for appointments.
