Feels like a real hidden gem, local bagel place despite having gone viral. We got the classic smoked salmon/schmear and a tuna melt bagel, both of which were very good - reasonably priced too! There is limiting seating inside the store but a small park a couple of minutes walk away you can eat in
We had the open bagel with cream cheese and tomato, this bagel is super simple and seriously delicious and as the ingredients are so simple that simply means they are high quality, love it. Customer service wasn’t good but had to wait for quite long time even there were only few people ahead me.

Ok hold up. As a human who lived in New York for 13 years, I have tasted many a woeful British bagel…until Papo’s! FINALLY a genuinely authentic tasting, looking, feeling New York style bagel. I got the everything salmon and BAM. Perfect size, and top marks for the right chew ratio. Papo’s is the jam. For those who are well versed in the New York Bagel scene, Papo’s style is very much akin to Absolute Bagels now shuttered
