The store was tidy and well presented. I loved the products and the staff were really friendly too. The lack of a star is purely because I found it quite dear but also I didn't feel that there was an overly large selection.
I was feeling a bit fed up when I decided to pop into Paperchase today. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady that asked if I needed any help. I picked up a few items i wanted to buy and took them to the till to pay. A young lady called Lagini N served me and complimented me on what I was buying, she was very friendly without being too over the top. Her Customer Service was 5* and I left Paperchase feeling very upbeat. Customer Service in this store is fantastic.
Love this place. Perfect place for anyone who likes awesome looking stationary, books, office products school, college uni. You can get a whole range of lovely looking items, colours, shiny, sparkly, plain, patterned, cute and the list dont end. Staff are lovely, helpful and friendly, prices are good and products are brilliant. Would recommend to anyone.
I was very disappointed with the attitude of the man who served me on Fri 8th Sept. I purchased 3 notebooks at £6 each on the 3 for 2 offer and 3 wallets for £2 each also on the offer. Rather than putting the notebooks through first on the 3 for 2 and then the wallets he simply took off 2 wallets ie £4 instead of £8 which I expected. When I queried it he was unhelpful so I had to request a refund of it all and then had to do it again in separate transactions. Other stores, in my experience, advise and tell customers the best deal. I will avoid Paperchase in future
Popped in to pick up a quirky birthday card and was spoilt for choice. Found the perfect card and the server was extremely pleasant. All round great shop as always
Great stationery and other items, like lunch boxes, stickers, cards, etc. Rarely leave the shop empty handed : everything is so nice and cute!
Staff are friendly, always nice stuff in the store. Enjoy walking around even if I don't buy something
