Appalling customer service in store received yesterday. I visited the store to collect items that were cancelled in my online order which may I add I had to chase up, only to be told by their customer service team that I will not be receiving the items in a separate parcel as their website initially suggested for items missing in parcels during busy sale periods. This prompted me to visit my nearest store in town to collect them as we had an impending lockdown the following day and the item was out of stock online. I check the stores opening times before travelling down and it stated they were open till 8 pm. The Broadway is open till 7 pm, I arrive at 5pm only to be told by a staff member that their tills are closed and she could not serve me. She suggested I shop online, I explained how I did buy the item online, only for it to be cancelled, and now the items are out of stock online. I could see the item right in front of me, but she still would not serve me saying their tills are now closed - which on any other day I would have been irritated but would have returned the next day. However when they knew the store would not be open for at least the next few weeks due to lockdown, she suggested I travel to Leeds as they would be open till late I had no gaurentee that they would even have the sale item in store. Poor customer service,, and really disappointed as I am a regular customer on Paperchase and highly rate the quality of their products.
Was looking for a very particular card that I couldn’t find until I rang PaperChase to inquire about it. Emma, helped me over the phone by going around the shop and getting the exact cards I want and helped me make a decision of which one will be the best one. Upon coming to the shop to purchase the cards. I was greeted exceptionally pleasantly by the nice staff member, Georgia, and the Store Manager, Dannie. The whole experience was made soo much better as I never had been to PaperChase before and the service provided and the banterous communication made me feel welcomed hence I’d 100% recommend it to anyone and would 100% come there again..
May be pricey but good quality. I went when there was a sale and got a notebook and pen for £5.00 altogether. Lady at the till was really nice also.
The shop looks nice and everything but the prices are too high. A bit of googling and you can find the stuff way cheaper elsewhere.
Lovely shop with nice staff, high quality and trendy products. However I will say that it is on the pricey side and the shop itself isn't very big.
Pricey but nice range and if you join their discount scheme you can save quite a bit. The staff are friendly and the pen range in particular is what draws me there.
Good items and great quality! Only negative is price.. £3 for a pen? Seriously?

If you're looking for something a little different cards and stationary with a twist worth a visit
Really fun and amusing things in there, but often quite pricey.
