I have always found the Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a good range of goods available. The discount card is a welcome bonus.
It is really good and has a lot of supplies, nearly everything you expect from Paperchase

They had a really good selection of stationary and gifts for Christmas. They always have had.
Been there a number of times to get Lamy purple ink cartridges. I bought the pen there but they haven't stocked them for ages. At least I can get them at WHSmiths now
Not a lot of the stock was priced and anything that is priced on the shelves have the wrong price marked. This is poor as you don't know how much you have a accumulated until you reach the till.
Great offer and good choice.
Friendly staff, good quality items, you are paying for quality so may seem expensive.
