Lovely meal and good value for money with  plenty of choices on menu. Was full after main course but still managed dessert which was amazing. Brownie and ice-cream, jam sponge and custard and donuts with ice-cream were all delicious.  Great friendly service too.

The food was amazing! The fish is not too oily and the place is cozy! I wasn't able to finish my portion of large fish n chips so they gave us boxes to put our leftovers. Front desk is lovely and service is fab.

The best fish & chips in the UK! Excellent service by Suzy and Danielle and their efforts to make guests happy were exceptional. They even made a lifelong dream possible by frying up some mars bars as a delicious dessert although they are not on the menu anymore. Absolut must go to Restaurant for locals and tourists! Thanks to Suzy and Danielle and we will definitely return.

Great fast service and they even fry specially in vegetable oil rather than beef dripping if preferred. Polite staff and popular. Only downside is the 3 flights of stairs to the high seating area..but will be back

The fact they clearly identify GF on the menu is always a huge winner for me.....they understand Coeliac's and allergens and I trust them.  I ordered a medium haddock and chips with mushy peas.  The batter is so light and tasty, fish was beautifully cooked and I enjoyed every mouthful.  Our server today was one very happy Libby, she never stopped smiling and was very professional, an absolute delight.... Great customer service.  I haven't been here since between lockdowns and it's so reasonably priced, my meal was £8.99 plus drinks.  My mum opted for the Senior Special £8.99 and that includes a pudding too.  See you all next time!

Lovely gluten free fish and chips. Fish was so crunchy, my wife was so happy. I had medium fish which was larger than our large back home. Excellent

I had the sage patties and chips, my partner had the fish platter. Staff where friendly and efficient. It was my partners  irthday, and they brought him chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream, and a candle in it, whilst 3 staff members sung happy birthday. Very good service, would go again.

Absolutely superb fish, cod amazing, the service from Suzy and Danielle could not be bettered! Huge thanks for a great evening!

Met a few of my fellow Triumph classic car owners here tonight and had some really nice fish and chips.The staff were lovely. Great table service.

Very large dining area on two levels. Great service, by well trained front of house staff. Fantastic range of food, obviously including beautiful and tasty Fish and chips. NB/Their sweet potato chips are not to be missed.
