Whenever we order pizza we order from Papa Johns Reigate. The pizza is the best and it's NEVER given us food poisoning, unlike other pizza places in the area. They are having issues with their delivery drivers at the moment, but they phoned us within seconds of us placing the order to see if we would mind collecting or if we wanted a full refund. Never had any issues from them!
Shocking service from this branch. Ordered a pizza, and it still hadn't arrived 1.5 hours later. Was shouted at by the manager on the phone. Was told the driver would check to see if the food was hot how... by opening the boxes and man-handling our food - not thanks!. Cancelled the order. A week later, still hadn't received the refund, so called the store to ask why. Was treated to a torrent of shouting from the manager and was told to "stop being smart", then hung up on. Managed to get email to Papa John's HQ, and now awaiting a response as to what is going on with this franchise and their investigation at the time of writing, 1 week and counting. Do not order from this branch.
No idea what all the bad reviews are about here, hands down the best pizza in the area. I've tried both pizza hut and domino's - there really isn't a comparison Papa John's is the best hands down. Just phoned up to add BBQ sauce to an order I had already placed, very enthusiastic and polite girl answered and didn't even charge me for it.
Brilliant. Ordered a two pizza an xxl and a small coming to like 16 quid. Never have I seen such a perfectly formed pizza, whenever I order from dominos it's never the perfect round shape. I don't care too much for the toppings being a tad small as I work in a franchise so I understand. It tasted great too.
Terrible service from papajones in reigate. Placed an order at 8pm, still hadn't delivered by 10pm! When I rang them, they hadn't even dispatched the order and weren't apologetic or helpful. The manager ''Mark" at first refused to give me his name and seemed to be entertained by the situation, it took an 8 minute phonecall to cancel the order and request a full refund. Poor customer service. Poor management skills. 2 hours for 2 pizza's and sidelines is pretty terrible.
Posted an order online. Waited an hour and a half for our order. Tried calling the shop to ask where it was multiple times and no response. Really like papa johns elsewhere and great pizzas normally but this branch is garbage and will never use again. Worst service ever. Repeat do not use
Waited 2 hours. For 2 pizzas on a Wednesday night. And then realised the website was out of date and they just made up the rest of the pizza. Then asked for money back. And got hung up on. Will NOT be using again. Good luck for those ordering on a Saturday
Terrible customer service from store and head office. Ordered online and they phoned and cancelled my order 10 minutes later. Still took my money and then after 3 weeks of me having to call and email finally got my money back. Never recieved any calls back when I was told and not even offered a voucher for the inconvience and time spent having to get my own money back. Disgusting servicing felt like they could not care less. Pizza Hut or Dominos from now on I think.
Ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza for my 11 year old brother, but found out there was no BBQ sauce on it at all. I called up their manager and he told us that there was in fact BBQ sauce on the pizza, as he'd cut it himself. Then asked for a refund, but the manager then told me that they have no system for refunds. Horrific service, never going to order anything from here ever again.
I live in Reigate and I choose Puppa Jones pizzas above Pizza Hut and Dominos. I have never received bad service from them.Pizza Hut always send soggy pizzas and will at times sound down beat and can't wait to tell you their will be a lengthy wait. Plus their pizzas have hardly any toppings and you need to take a mortgage out to get a Dominos.
