Ordered via the Papa John's app, once past the initial complications of the ordering process to get the best deals (had to be done thought app) it was very straight forward. Pizza was very good and very tasty. The best bit was that it was all joined up...Ordered via the app, got email confirmation after payment, PJ's says that all online orders are ready within 15 mins - it was, I walked in gave my name and walked out within a minute. Only given 4 stars at this stage as the payment part of the app was not working to connect with pingit or the like. Other than that top job, will order again.

Dilivery was fast, ordered 2 pizzas, 1 pepperoni and 1 sweet and sour ..... omg it was disgusting had like three bits of chicken and tasted like sick !!!! So I called papa johns to complain. Spoke to the so called manager Becky hickory and she was extremely rude ....... I explained that we were new to area and her answer was " that's what happens when you try new things " . My wife took over the phone call and told her that it's the worst pizza ever and she agreed and said she doesn't even know why it on the menu . After a heated phone call finally she was going to replace it with another one but before that she couldn't do anything for us !!!!! The box states " love your pizza or we'll deliver another one , absolutely free" I will never use this place again very very unhappy . To top it off it was ordered for my daughters birthday treat with her friends !!!!!!

Ordered on website, which was so easy and fast. Placed order and received delivery within 30 minutes. The lady that delivered was very polite and my pizza was superb. The best I've had in Lowestoft so far and I will definitely return.
