A source of disappointment. Note most of the positive reviews are of people who seem to be associated with the store. If you're expecting American style customer service or the same quality pizzas as the advertisements you too will be disappointed. The store is supposed to process complaints and refunds/replacements but it is like getting blood from a stone.

Ordered pizzas to collect. We arrived bang on time and I think they only started making the pizzas as we got there because we had to wait 20 minutes at least. Then the pizzas weren’t cooked right as the cheese in the stuffed crust wasn’t even melted so it was like chewing on a block of cheese. If that wasn’t bad enough, when I complained I was met with a rather rude reply. The manager told me the pizza was cooked fine so I argued. he then sent the driver to pick the pizzas up to review them before he would give me a refund. When I called back I got a barrage of abuse and never got a refund. I didn’t get chance to go back to argue for my refund as I was on holiday with my fiancé and 7 week old daughter and didn’t want to spoil the holiday even more. I will be returning this summer to see the manager

Cold food, colder customer service. We waited an hour for our food and our sides were stone cold. When we rang to complain they said we would have to wait another 45 minutes for our food to be redelivered and we would have to give them everything back. I appreciate that these things can happen, especially when they’re busy, but it’s the way that they dealt with the complaint that was unacceptable. The person we spoke to just didn’t care and kept telling us that it had been delivered within their time scale. It doesn’t matter if they delivered it within their limit, if the foods cold then the foods cold. When your food is stone cold you don’t expect to have to argue your case with a rude member of staff.

Honestly best pizza i ever had in my life.. friendly driver 30 mins delivery time. and so tasty. . despite some bad reviews i did give it a try .but honestly speaking great quality and taste . papa johns you are best

Way to expensive for processed meats and cheeses, be better of going to Asda a making your own. Can afford 2 then ☺️ yum!
