Papa John's Pizza

Be aware Hygiene rating of 2 out of 5!!!!!!! Placed my order at 11.26pm on Saturday 01/07/2017, called and asked to see how long it will take they said 45 mins, my order didn't even turn up!!!! I paid by card online, so they didn't even bother to call me or anything!!!! Be careful when placing a late night order, as they don't even answer the phone at 1 min past close. I will be making a major compliant, very unhappy with they're service. I expect better from Papa John pizza!

Called at 10.28 on a Sunday eve..... hungry af.... now the guy said he doesn't do delivery after 10.30.... So exactly at 10.30 he said sorrryyy-e bouusss we don't don't deliver now.. only collection... And now I'm hungry and upset... never met such a punctual bloke in my life...

My parents brought home these pizzas because they were located close by. They proved to be totally clueless; cold pizzas, no customer service, very low hygiene standards (god knows what bacteria make it into the pizzas),and crucially they show no intent to improve. Feel sorry for them man, clearly absolute morons.
