Super greasy pizza arrived after 1 hr 10 mins was only warm. The BBQ sauce was bad weird tang to it not sweet.
Pizza is delicious - service is awful. I've never had a delivery from here that wasn't an hour late. I even tried pre-booking a time slot last time but it was still over an hour later than I booked it. I called the shop a lot and got no answer, then when I did they would just say yeah its left but not how much longer I'd have to wait. A shame because its our only one available in this town but never again, fed up of having to give up and cook my kid a different meal while we wait.
Ordered through ubereats. After an hour I had no update so called the resteraunt. They couldn't find the order but I told them what time I ordered and they found it and started to make it. 2 hours after ordering the food arrived cold and the pizzas were like rubber. Used to be really good but they have gone downhill so won't be ordering from here again.
AVOID: Tracker says the food was made within 10 minutes, then sat on the heat rack for 50 minutes, then was delivered 15 minutes before it actually arrived. Overall took roughly 1 1/2 hours to arrive. The food was barely warm and the dough on the pizza was raw. Will never be ordering from here again. Waste of money and potential health hazard with selling raw food.
If waiting two hours for your delivery is what you like then order here. They also do not answer the phone. The tracker was 1 hour 30 mins before it said it was even in the oven.......
Avoid this place. They took 2h deliver they not send confirmation on email, they not provided tracking number, I’ve try to phone them 10 times no one answered phone calls. I refused take order after 2h. I use PayPal for payment and now they refuse refund!!!!!
It was amazing, the pizza dough is really soft and chewy in a good way, there was a perfect amount of tomato sauce that complimented the cheese really well, the crust of the dough was amazing the thickness and doughy-ness was amazing
It melted in my mouth it was so delightful that i nealry fainted making me swirl in my seat like a microwave. Twirling my hair with my fingers with every bite the crust was crusting and the base was basicly sweatly sour finger licking good. Screaming everytime i see the beautiful round circle of joy.
I will never order from this place again. 2 hours to be delivered, customer service is a joke, food.... second rate and cold and no apology. Should be ashamed of yourselves.
Nice pizza but the garlic sauce was so rank that despite not opening mine the presence of it in my neighbours' boxes put me off my food.
