Ordered for delivery because I had a craving. Got quite a good deal for a large pizza and 2 sides. Pizza was hot and juicy and fresh and I love the cauliflower wings. Didn't need the tater tots, but I ate a few. Delivery within 30 mins and the driver was friendly and polite. Papa's is my favourite of the chains for delivery.

Our local Papa johns Wokingham is 10 mins away, 35mins after pizza dispatched, wrong order arrives. Phone store and they offer a free bottle of Pepsi or another pizza as compensation and refuse to make any financial compensation. We don’t need extra pizza or a drink- it will just go to waste. I just say please deliver it soon as you can with hungry kids looking at me. 15 mins on- still not here. Terrible service. It was a £90 order by the way so not small!
Picked up our pizza it’s the driest of pizzas I’ve ever had with one or no pieces of ham on each slice a few pieces of onion hardly no cheese or sauce! The chessy garlic cheese sticks were also dry hardly any cheese again and all Luke warm!!! I always use dominos and felt like a change but this shop is over priced and going to lose a lot of custom!
Ordered two large pizzas and two sides + drink at 7:30pm on a Saturday, and had everything piping hot by 8pm. Fantastic quality and service for us. nice driver too, and under £30.

Took well over an hour to deliver 2 pizzas and the shop is 5 minute drive from my place. Pizza arrived cold as apparently the driver got lost... my house is on the main road so I I ain't sure how he got lost. Rung up the shop just to be told that because 8 of us who were waiting for the pizza had a slice they can't re-deliver. Used to love and order often from Papa Johns at Wokingham but now I see that they're useless so won't be ordering from them again. Domino's next door to them are much better.
Ordered two pizzas and discovered hair in both of them. I understand that mistakes happen but If that wasn't bad enough, I have now complained four times by phone and sent an email with photo evidence. I've been told that the owner will call me. Guess what? No phone call even after a week of waiting. Totally pathetic and definitely won't be using them again.
Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a deep pan pizza, it turned up completely wet in the middle. When I phone the branch I was told it's supposed to be like this... I think not! I've had a million deep pan pizzas from other places and it's never been like this. Disgusting service and even worse product. AVOID! & order from Dominos, much better quality at so much better price & they're very nearby.
