I ordered a large pizza at 8.25pm this evening 9.25 i call up and ask were the pizza is. Guy says he is on his way now (i live 5/min drive away. 9.50 i call up and ask the same guy were is my pizza. He says he will be there soon. I ask for a refund guy says my manaer will call you and refund you in 30 mins. Pizza terns up 9.55 i tern it away. 22.35 no call from the manager to refund i go to bed hungry and out of pocket by 13 quid. pathetic. Now i have to chase tommorow for a refund

The last two deliveries had raw based on them. 
Took 25 minutes from order to delivery in Bradford on Avon so clearly didn't take the time to cook it properly. 
Could remould the dough with fingers, disgusting .

Do not order from here, total waste of time. Cold pizza, rude management. Ruined evening, thanks Papa John!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Shocked! Ordered online with a 50% discount applied. However the discount got removed at the final payment stage and I got charged a lot more than I was expecting. The store wouldn’t do anything accept give me 10% off next time. Tried complaining to papa johns online to and got completely ignored. Big Con

They say hygiene rated 5 and they don't use hand gloves to make Pizza. Bad very bad.
