Service as expected; Good pizza, delivery takes time no matter how close you are, so you'll be advised from me to order a bit before if you are going to get hungry.
Orderd family feast at 19.05 last night waited 1hr and 50 mins for them to give us one large cheese pizza missing given 2 cheese garlic fingers asked for 1 chicken poppers cold the staff didn't have a clue what they was doing on the counter and the staff prepping food weren't wearing gloves and on blonde female member with long hair un covered opening and closing pizza boxes absolute clueless spoilt our evening as had plans to meet family at there lodge but was to Kate to go and to late to me even eat a total farse

Pizza awesome as always, but waiting 30 minutes for two medium, out of menu pizza isn't great. Other people who placed the order after me have received their pizza early than me. If you would like to wait, then order pizza here.
Ordered Papa John's to be delivered to our caravan while staying at Hafan y Mor. Pizza was lovely and fresh. Prices extortionate though!
Expensive...but good...the only thing that annoys me is they put the toppings around the middle, leaving.half the pizza bare
Fantastic food. Great service and considering all the restrictions etc currently, they are doing amazingly. A little wait but I’m not going moan about that given the situation every business is in at the moment well done guys!
We ordered the Friday night when we arrived waiting a hour & half. We had a phone call saying our food wouldn't be delivered. And offerd us a time slot for 8.pm the following day. It got to 9pm ww still hadn't got anything. So I decided to walk too the pizza place we waited an extra 35 minutes our food came out we had totally different food to our order. So I took this back. The man at the window was amazing and delivered to us in less then 20 minutes. Maybe take less orders on. & you will get your orders right the first time. As so many people were in the same boat. Your service needs sorting. The food wasn't hardly cooked as they rushed it.
Quite a good experience here, for a holiday park the prices are reasonable. The service was really good, friendly staff and quite fast service considering how busy they were. The downside was quite simply the quality of food, although not terrible by any stretch, it was not up to standard with what you would expect from a Papa John's, the dough was quite rubbery and too much puree. With that being said, it was edible and the family were full. Will try again when next here and I will up to 5 stars if the quality has improved.
