Not really sure how this left the kitchen. This was meant to be double cheese, dbl mushroom, pepper and onion. Worst pizza I’ve had from you guys.
First time we have ordered pizzas from Papa Franks but we weren’t disappointed. We ordered 3 medium pizzas , came really quickly, piping hot and really tasty . The driver forgot the ice cream but a quick call to the store and they were back within 20 minutes . Will definitely use again.
Food is always ready very quickly. Staff is nice and helpfull. Pizza tastes really good and quality is superb compared to all other big pizza places. Always recommend Papa Johns over other pizza places. Lots of vegetarian options.

I always collect xxl pizzas . Fresh and delicious every single time , not long wait either . Oliver very polite and helpful over the phone too . Highly recommend
Pizza was under cooked, wasn’t cut properly and the toppings just all fell off when you picked up a “slice”. Chicken wings just had a bit of sauce on top. Very disappointing.
There was hardly any cheese on the pizza. This is the second time in a row I've ordered from Papa John's Pizza in Lincoln and the cheese has almost been non-existence. I ordered using a bogof deal and the amount of cheese particularly on the American Hot pizza was extremely lacking. I typically prefer Papa John's pizza over say Dominoes, but this is the second maybe even third time this has happened and therefore will unlikely be ordering from them again. Shame.
Ordered 2 x XXL Pizzas that I collected outside the shop. On opening the box at home the topping on my pizza was simply pathetic. Hardly any cheese and skimpy toppings, some toppings were cold. Would I order again ? Not a chance
Dry, tasteless and no dip with pizza. I love papa John's usually but this was by far the worst food I've had from them
