Great food and meal deals are good price but service is consistently bad! Most recently ordered a meal and told it would ready in half an hour. Called in half an hour later and they hadn't even started making it!

I typed in Papa John's on Google and clicked on the website associated with the Papa John's in dundonald. Saw a large pizza for £9.99. happy days. Ordered and picked it up. I was charged £15!! I was told that the deal doesn't apply to northern ireland even though it is the website that I am directed to when I search for this papa Johns. Not happy

Disgusting service and unhelpful staff. Went in at 9.25pm and they were already closing up and wouldn't serve us. My partner said, don't you close at 10 o'clock and the employee's reply was, yeah but we're closing early. We said so it's doesn't matter about your customers then? To which the reply was "na". I've just seen on here closing times are actually supposed to be 10.30pm every night so that makes it even more annoying. Will never go back.

Went for my 4 your olds son birthday with ma mrs and took 35 minutes for someone to ask what i wanted, ridiculous. Then I found 3 hairs in my pasta &gt;:

We got the mega deal have to say it looked  lovely and tasted even better  great value for money will be back again if im around that area

Terrible service with very rude staff, pizzas taste terrible and have cheap toppings. I would advise that everyone stays away from this terrible place!!!

Really nice food but the portion sizes are a bit small. The garlic chips are so good.

Great Pizza! Side portions are more generous compared to dominoes and obviously a lot less expensive!

Puddles of oil on the top of the pizza. Absolutely rank. Chips tasted like they were from a school canteen

The pizza is great. The staff are very helpful. Service is also very fast.
