Ordered pizza and garlic bread the pizza came cold and wasn't even cut properly and then I got sent chicken bites instead of garlic bread

Way overpriced, very little ingredients! Very dry and tasteless pizza. £7 for 6 small chicken wings? Might as well go to supermarket to buy 4kg for same money and make it a home and invite the entire family. First and last time ordering from this place

Absolutely shocking, steer well clear of Papa Johns Rosehill branch! Thought we would treat our 2 young kids to a family take away of their choice placed an order via their APP after an hour tried calling numerous times unsuccessfully, finally got through to find out how much longer it would be & were told they were very busy & order would be another 40 mins to an hour, not even prepared yet. This wasn’t acceptable as kids were hungry and would be fair to wait for 2hrs so we requested to cancel & get refund told they were unable to cancel the order we would have to do it through the APP. To our Surprise there is nowhere on the APP to cancel a order, tried to call back unable to get through! Feel we’ve just been ripped off, Spent £30 for NO PIZZA, NO REFUND, PAPA JOHNS what a rip off

Okay Pizza, horrific delivery. Took 1hr 40ish mins to deliver. After calling the store, the guy said that the 2 pizza delivery left the store 50ish mins after ordering and that it would be here anytime, 45ish mins later it arrived… Although the pizza normally is very good, this time I was was warm at best and the stuffed crust was boarder line slimy… In conclusion, if your collecting, order Papa Johns, if not, order Dominoes. I’ve ordered from them many times and although Dominoes don’t do an XXL, they have always been great with timings and the quality has always been solid.  Follow up: Don’t order this at all. Eaten just short of half the pizza minus the slimy crust and I feel like I’ve been through an eating bush tucker trial. Made me a little bit unwell. Avoid at all costs.

Accepted my order and confirmed it. The tracker showed it as being in the oven, then dispatched. When it hadn't arrived after a few minutes following the tracker saying it had been delivered, I called the store. They said they were too busy to fill the order and that they could only refund me. The person I spoke to was polite but they should never have accepted the order if they couldn't fulfil it, never mind showing it as in process. I could have made other arrangements rather than waiting two hours for nothing to arrive.

Pizza and sides all cold when received, might as well go and collect it.followd the app and said it had been delivered and enjoy,actually turned up 15 minutes later.

Never arrives in the time they say and in the 4 times I have ordered from them I have never received the right pizza first time

I ordered a pizza for delivery online. After two hours the status changed to delivered but nothing was delivered!! I called 6 times but no-one answered. I called another papa johns branch to see if they could help but they explained that they were also unable to get in touch with the Rosehill branch and that they had received numerous calls from other customers. Very poor.

Delivery still not with me after two hours. Called store phone for last 40mins. Only just got a response, pizza had only just been cooked ... Will be another 20mins. Awful service, will not use again.

I ordered a pizza and it’s been one and a half hours since I haven’t received it my experience with them was very disappointing when I called the restaurant they had no information and they said  it’s going to take more time and I can’t help you so I don’t recommend this place.
