Very unprofessional estate agent. The head office is great but the Borehamwood team are shocking. You make an offer on a property and don’t hear back. The latest offer was incorrectly relayed to the house owner resulting in a rejection. They don’t listen to the customer. Very disappointing service. In the current housing market and as a serious buyer, they have not been helpful or proactive at all.
I have been lucky enough to work closely with Francesco and his team on a transaction over the last few months and whilst it wasn’t always smooth as these things often aren’t he’s always been available to take a call, never shied away from making touch calls and handled then deal with calmness and professionalism. As a fellow agent it felt only right to highlight his dedication and professionalism - mirrored through his team - and to say a public THANK YOU in getting the move for all the clients involved. I used Haart to sell a house as part of probate. I was very happy with Francesco the manager, who was very professional from the start. Along with Mark in the office who was always courteous and upbeat. The selling of the house seemed to go smoothly and they were always reassuring at what could have been a stressful time. I would recommend them.
