Really friendly and helpful staff that measured my wife's sizes and showed us ring, unfortunately they the one at £160 they didn't have in stock so she settled for a £35 one so I was happy. Nice place, clean and tidy
Staff are always really lovely and are always very helpful when looking for certain items. Can't fault this Pandora store at all. Its also good as it's in the main little shopping area which is very handy if just popping in!

Terrible customer service Purchased a necklace which went black within days said I had to purchase cleaning equipment so they could clean it Yet Pandora policy is that you can go into any store to have a free polish as an owner of a lot of Pandora that's me done with them
Well. What do I say. My experience - second to none. At first, I was overwhelmed with no help from the staff. Until, a lovely blonde girl directs me to the spring range that I wanted for my mother. Well, she did wonders. Even had to ask for her name so I could give her this glowing recommendation. I can’t quite remember, but I believe it of Irish descent. What a lovely young lady. Top notch.

Popped into the Skegness store today with my mum,we were served by Chloe who was brilliant In helping my mum choose her bracelet and charms The other sales assistant were very polite and friendly too I think they should all get employee of the month awards if you have such a scheme Thankyou
Have to say I don't rate this place 5 stars and hate the products. It costs me a blinkin fortune. However..... My wife adores it. The staff are always attentive and put up with her ever changing her mind. If I'm ever stuck for a present, which is always, then Pandora is the place I can always win brownie points. The shop is always ultra clean and the girls always well presented and professional. What more can you say except I'm glad it's local. If you ever need a present that her indoors will cherish then this is the place. If you are like me and always needing inspiration then look at a bracelet or stacking ring. BECAUSE... a bracelet always needs charms or beads and a stacking ring will need other rings. Hey presto that's the next half a dozen to a dozen presents sorted. My missus has a different set of coloured beads for every different colour outfit lol
