Bought a necklace in the sale for a friend. The chain on the model looked long enough but when it arrived it would fit a child. Tried to exchange it but I was told I'm out of time. Not even an offer of an amount of money off a replacement I offered to purchase. No effort to help. Won't shop here again. Ever..
Brought my daughters 18th presents from this store, very friendly lady who assisted me perfectly in all my needs. My daughter has a huge collection of pandora and will always collect your gorgeous jewellery. Your colchester stores are fantastic as are all other stores we have visited. Always look forward to the next new collection too
Went today, 3 members of staff where beyond rude. Disgusted and will not be going there again. I understand that it is coming up to Christmas and it is busy but staff need to be respectful. The lady who served me, Emily was particularly rude and said that I could not get my bracelet replaced as it had been too long. When my bracelet is under two years warranty and I only had it for 2 months. Said I needed to get it sent off and replaced but this couldn’t be done till after Xmas. Once she spoke to her manager who confirmed that it can be replaced today, her attitude was vile. Chelmsford store is 100000 better, much nicer kinder staff.
Very disappointed that my son and his friend queued at the Colchester store as they both wanted to by a present for someone for my sons friend to be refused service as my son was served and told that he would need to queue again if he wanted anything. They were both queuing in the first place. Why should he queue again. Extremely bad service
Very polite staff and helpfull.also very busy in the shop . The shop is very easy to find and very nice displays.

My first visit to the store to buy my first Pandora charm bracelet was such a great experience. Emily was brilliant, reassured me, explained things & offered me choices & advice. Emily was so friendly, patient, was interested in me & listened to me. Would certainly recommend the store & can't wait to go back.
I found the lady I believe Emily who served me to be very rude .bad customer service
Bought a ring online, o lt to find it was the wrong size was served by a lovely young lady, who after checking the relative paperwork, did an exchange for me on the spot. Couldnt ask for better customer sevice
