Hi. I went to the Pandora store in Southend-on-Sea yesterday in the hope that I could get the broken clasp on my Pandora bracelet fixed. My bracelet was out of warranty and I expected to have to send it away to be fixed if it was possible. I have to say the staff and customer service were excellent and they replaced my broken bracelet with a new one. This was far and away more than I expected and it is fabulous to receive this level of attention and service these days. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU PANDORA. I was most impressed.😀👍😍.
