really bad service. i went i there to see what could happen with my ring that was broken. the ring was still under its warranty, but I had already had it fixed once before and after they last fixed it the ring went soft. the sales people weren't the friendliest of people and seemed like they didn't really want to help us. after being discouraged from them saying they can't fix it we went to another jewelers to see if they can fix it, as we desperately needed it fixed. A respected jeweler (who makes his own jewelry) said he's never seen a ring like it before, and thought that i was sold a sample ring. after everything that has happened with this ring i know i wont be shopping in pandora, or at least not in barnstaple

It needs better communication with customers to reassure them of their purchase and of any enquiries, the place could be good but needs a little work.
