After ordering quite a few takeaways from here i must say the food is great. But.....the girl who is behind the counter serving and taking orders over the telephone her service is shocking!! My husband already had a run in with her as her attitude when picking up a delivery was terrible. Questioning him about his money. Then my experience of trying to order a take-away (on quite a few occasions) was shocking. For someone taking orders on the other end of call I have never came across anyone so ignorant!! I ended up telling her to leave the order and I went and ordered else where. Panda house you have lost a good customer, great food but after shocking service trying to order it or collect it I won't be back until you find alternative counter staff.

Under new management and one the best Chinese takeaways in falkirk the simple things like the sesame toast not being greesy and a meat packing curry! Will be back again

ordered fried rice with sweet and sour sauce and got curry sauce which I detest, complained and they said they would deliver the correct sauce and hey presto...more curry sauce delivered....T house all day long for me now ;-)
