So cross. Never been there before. I needed a COVID shot as I'm immuno suppressed.nDid as NHS told me and booked it in.nOne hour before my appointment, they phoned me to say they'd run out. They'd had a run of walk ins and used it all.nApologetic yes. But that didn't help me.nnI'd booked late on a Friday night and deliberately kept Saturday free in case of an adverse reaction.nMaybe I shouldn't have bothered booking my slot I should just have walked in!nThey knew I was going so why use all the doses up?nnManaged to get it done today at another pharmacy. Infuriating
Always a good service and polite friendly service even when it is busy and the staff are under pressure.nTherefore I am very happy to say that they are the best and most consistent pharmacy in the area for Sheldon for me personally
No customer service at all. More than half a dozen people running around. Have been waiting 30 mins to collect my medication and found out that is not complete too. 1 tablet instead of 6 and the reception didn’t bother to let me know of the shortage until I asked her. Now I have to come again and wait half hour for the remaining
Told by g.p to come to radleys pharmacy to be seen in consultation room for my child to be told sorry we are busy you can't be seen. So can't see gp or chemist
