Akh. It's such a shame!  Ordered a large pizza half cheese half Capricciosa.  When you pick up the box is so light you'd think it's empty. Very thin crisp bread, and not a lot of topping.  Normally I'd say that's fine but...  o Any pizza any size 9.99 - no it's not, they don't honor this because apparently the half half is twice as hard to make, ...so it's not "any pizza" then!! o I had a card for 20% off, so that's fine, I'd use that instead, which led to an embarrassing confrontation and haggling about how much discount it comes to, arguing over pennies o £15.65 for the thinnest pizza I've ever had is not reasonable, even £10 is still unreasonable for what there was.  It doesn't matter how good or average the food is, with an unhappy customer you can't expect more than a 2 star review. I tried to explain this, but to no avail.  I'm afraid I won't be coming back.  In fact, review dropped to 1 star since having just looked through some other reviews, above seems to be normal practice and dishonest.

If your looking for the best place to get some takeaway pizza here's the place! Every pizza is made with love and baked fresh in hardly any time! Friendly staff and really good service! Also there's palm grill which is just next door where you can enjoy the pizzas from palm pizzeria and shisha with your friends and family! By far the best pizza place in London!! I definitely recommend it!! Go as soon as you can, you'll thank me !!

Pure taste of Italy, better than the pizza I had in Rome. Everything was so fresh, amazing light dough and the sauce was absolutely divine The dessert was on point just melted in your mouth. Highly recommend... thank you Palm Pizzeria

Best Pizza in West London, only wish we had found them sooner. Amazing quality thin crust pizza clearly made to order with fresh ingredients...have had the chicken wings and they are fabulous too. Quick delivery and friendly staff. The only pizza worth ordering!

After having pizza here I can’t even imagine to think of eating pizza elsewhere. If you want quality pizza, I highly recommend you order from here. Not once have I been disappointed with the taste and quality of the food that’s been served. Amazing place!

Really nice Italian style Pizza. If I was scoring for taste alone it would be 5 stars, however, give them an opportunity to charge you more than you should pay, and they will. A tip, collection of any size any pizza at the time of writing this is £9.99. If you don't remind them if this, they will charge you £14 for the largest pizza. Also, out of the 4 pizzas  we've bought from there, only 1 had the full set of toppings on. They always seem to "forget" 1 topping. So, thoroughly read the back of the menu for the best price, and always check the toppings before you leave or the delivery driver leaves. It's pretty shoddy you must do this, so my review score is 3 stars.

Such a great little take away! Great pizza options and great deals! The pizzas are great quality not oily and loads of dough - generous toppings and you really get what you pay for with this pizza place which you don’t find often anymore. The staff are friendly and the take away is so clean and well looked after. We pre ordered pizzas and it was ready on time and they were all amazing!! Really recommend this place and Thankyou! Won’t be long till we order again :D

Only four words to describe palm pizzeria.... Brilliant pizza, Brilliant service!  For a takeaway, the service I received made me wish I could sit there and eat my food right there! Warm friendly staff always with a smile and the pizza is just amazing!! The wood oven makes you feel like your in Italy sitting in Naples having a lovely slice of pizza! I highly recommend palm pizzeria to everyone!!!

Really enjoyable experience of having Italian Stonebaked Pizza in London. Food was spot on and very well priced. Definitely will be returning to Palm Pizzeria for their excellent customer service and delicious food.
