This is a friendly family run bed and breakfast.

Guest rooms are all on the ground floor. We are children and pet friendly.

We have been welcoming customers into our home since 1990 and enjoy meeting and getting to know our guests, many of whom return time and again. Our aim is to provide good value and good service. Do feel free to come and go as you wish.
A full Cornish breakfast welcomes you in the morning. Vegetarian options are also available.

Our guest rooms are all on the ground floor and accommodate up to six. We have a family bedroom that may also be used as a twin or a double, a double bedroom and a single bedroom.

Bedrooms all have tv (with Freeview and dvd), free Wifi internet access, tea/coffee making, clock/ radio, wake up alarm, smoke alarm, tissues, sweets, fruit and hairdryer. Towels are provided.

Seven nights for the price of six at any time.

To find us:
From the M5 at Exeter, take the A38. Follow this road into Cornwall past Liskeard and onto the roundabout at the end of the Dobwalls bypass. Take the second exit off this roundabout onto the A390 (signed St Austell).

Only twelve miles to go – you will come down a long hill. Slow down when you enter the 40mph limit - we are 150metres on the left, just outside the 30mph limit.

Look for the bungalow with white painted garden walls, conservatory to the side, St Piran’s flag flying. There is ample parking space at the rear.
