The food was amazing worth every penny recommending the chicken parmesan and the palm mashup.nnThe service was just as amazing staff were polite and helpful throughout our time at the palm. So far This was one of the best services i had from a restaurant.nnThe general aesthetic is beautiful love the ambience nice place for an occasion love how easy it was to book the table online too.nDefinitely Worth the visit!nnFood: 10/10nService: 10/10nAmbience: 100/10
A restaurant and sheesha lounge in one. I do feel the two should perhaps have different side or sections- if people wish to eat and have shisha it should be seperate to those just coming to dine from personal preference.nnSituation in the centre of Coventry- its abit difficult to find parking if its busy- though parking prices were reasonable.nnWe opted to go straight for mains- which was the steak and also the chicken parmesan! Cooked amazingly and flavours were beautiful. We didn't try any of the mocktails, but did have j20s and a waffle dessert which was the icing on the cake after a good meal.nThe presentation of the food was exceptional too which is a bonus for me.nnThe general aesthetic is beautiful- love the ambience- nice place for an occasion- love how easy it was to book the table online too. Staff were really polite and service was quick and efficient. Worth the visit!
I wish this place would just transition fully into a restaurant rather than a sheesha lounge.nIt ruins what otherwise was a brilliant experience.nThe food was stellar, my pictures won't do it justice.nThe steak cooked as I like and the service from the staff was brilliant.nI believe one of the owners even came to our table and asked how everything was and they explained about how they source their meat.nAs I said the sheesh lounge aesthetic did ruin it a little for me.nI had to shout in order for my friends to hear me and vice versa.nIt's difficult to find parking mind especially if you're coming from outside of Coventry.nJust bare that in mind.nOtherwise would recommend.
Myself and my partner visited this restaurant on New year's day evening. What a beautiful place with amazing decor. Aesthetically pleasing with plenty of photo opportunities! From the waterfall wall on the walkway on entry, even down to the selfie wall in the toilets with a light up LED sign. The centre of the restaurant had a palm tree in the middle of the seating area where they seated the Shisha guests.nWe were complimented on how nice we looked by one of the waiters which was nice, all of the staff were friendly and helpful.nThe food was fabulous, we ordered a range of starters with our mains, the chicken wings were lovely, my partners steak dish was filling and cooked to his liking. The mocktails were so flavoursome we didn't even mind that they were non-alcholic.nThe tables had phone chargers on the lamps which was handy, but we didn't realise they were chargers until we were leaving!nWe will definitely be returning for another visit, maybe take some friends with us.
I recently visited Palm by H20 and had a mixed experience. The food was good, but the shisha was average and the price was very expensive. I only had a burger and pasta with a shisha pipe, and it cost me £70. The burger was delicious. It was cooked to perfection and the bun was soft and fresh. The pasta was also good, but it was a bit bland. The shisha was average. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The flavor wasn't very strong and it didn't last very long. The service at Palm by H20 was good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was also nice. The restaurant is decorated in a modern style and the lighting is dim and relaxing. Overall, I had a mixed experience at Palm by H20. The food was good, but the shisha was average and the price was very expensive. I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a nice place to get a hookah and dessert, but be prepared to pay a premium price.
