Visited for the first time on a weekday early evening with my elderly mum. The first impression, always, are the front door & reception team members who were polite, courteous & welcoming. Decent usual slot machines with a generous payout which doesn't mean you'd take a lot of money home but your money might last longer and you can enjoy your time. Nice bar and friendly team operating on the floor. Black Jack and Roulette tables got busy as the evening progressed which meant it was a popular go-to place. We had dinner which was okay-ish and this is where the 4-star rating comes in. Did not enjoy the over-priced tasteless Indian food but the restaurant team members are so respectful in such a nice ambience and atmosphere that we can ignore the shortcomings. We didn't go there for food anyway so can't complain more. Overall a great experience - shall visit again soon.

Great Casino, good food and drinks, roullete tables are so fun, 40£ on 27 and it hit! My lucky place.
This place is great for an exquisite dinner with friends or for business. Atmosphere is great and vibrant being on a busy street for nightlife. There’s casino and staffs are friendly. Have your ID if you’re going at night.
Great first an impromptu night out after dinner in the west end. The tables there aren’t as expensive as the other Mayfair clubs. Polite door staff
My friend and I dined at the casino restaurant yesterday. The restaurant is very nice, with lovely decor and good music in the background. They have a good selection of menu from European, Chinese, Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines. The poppadoms i had for starters is the best I've had so far. The drinks selection is very impressive too. I had a beautiful glass of French Martini. The overall service was courteous and efficient. We had a good time
Came over from Germany for a good time and bumped into Rebecca and Dubi the excellent Slot Hosts at the Palm Beach Casino. They are simply the best, amazing personalities, really made my trip a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be coming just to see them.
Bar staff were amazing but security were abismal when I raised an issue them. Like why would you choose to go somewhere like that when security is an issue. Never again for me, thanks.
I had wonderful bar service here at the Palm Beach Casino. The bar person was friendly and provided top tier customer service. I haven’t seen service like this in a long time. He goes by Masum.
I like everything about the place, friendly people amazing location, excellent atmosphere and amazing food that's been said it was hard to win!
