This shop is so unorganised I can’t even get my pram down the isles for all of the food on the floor. Health and safety nightmare! It gives me anxiety to see all the chaos.
Excellent delicatessen, fresh special occasion items, AMAZING coffee and always very sorted variety of products. Very helpful, smiling and gentle staff. Lovely food, although a bit pricey. Highly reccomend.
Absolutely terrible coffee. Such a lack of respect to what they do and their customers.
The business itself looks quirky and quite charming but in reality Palm is just selling quite basic grocery items with huge markups. Coffee is also not so great, for East London there are a lot better places locally with much better trained baristas. Pastries also look bought in/factory made.
Yes its been here for years and so has some of the food on the shelves. They do have everything but maybe thats not a good thing? Need to focus on freshness perhaps. Also its expensive.
I didn't know this show has such a deli choice. I even got some ravioli to takeaway from how food counter and it was so tasty!
