The guy was angry from the moment he arrived. Dropped my 500kg pallet in the mud and asked me to sign so he could leave. I had to show him how to properly lift the pallet and move it onto my driveway.nA horrible angry individual, no professionalism whatsoever. I won't buy anything from this supplier again if they use this delivery service.
Extremely rude driver wanted to leave 1 tonne bulk bag of slate on grass verge outside my house not permitted as local authority owned or on my driveway which then blocked access to my house. Over past 2 months I’ve had more than 5 separate deliveries from the same company and all of these have been exemplary with polite customer friendly and helpful drivers who delivered to a safe area on the property. While I was on the phone to the supplier to try to agree where he could leave the pallet the driver just drove off without making the delivery. He had given incorrect details to his company saying that I had asked for the pallet to be taken to my back garden. Shame that not all drivers are as honest and helpful as those that made my other deliveries.
