Ours was not the world's most valuable cargo, but it was valuable and important to us. Having never personally shipped stuff before we were nervous. Thankfully the parcel arrived in perfect order, but more than that, Gabriela was attentive, patient and helpful at all times. A great service and excellent customer support/service
Gabriela was really lovely today when I called asking stupid questions. Delivery driver was great, even waited for us while we drove back to site at a billion miles an hour! A courier company that delivers sorry, not sorry? Absolutely!! Oh, and did I say tat Gabriela was awesome?
I am a Mum and Nanny using Parcel Link/Pallet2Ship regularly to send parcels to Australia to my family for Christmas, Easter and birthdays. My son tells me that the time leading up to these celebrations is difficult for my grandsons, both of whom have special needs, and having our parcels arrive from England is so wonderful for them and keeps them going as they are allowed to open the presents a bit at a time leading up to the big days! I am so happy that I can always rely on Gabriela and her colleagues at Parcel Link/Pallet2Ship and indeed DHL for such wonderful, efficient service and you can see that all of you play a special part in my grandsons' lives too. You never let us down. The parcels arrive safely and very quickly too and any queries I have are answered immediately. I have been dealing with Gabriela since I first started to use Parcel Link and she has always been so kind and efficient. Thank you so very much Gabriela and all of you!
I’ve used this service many times before the Covid pandemic. I had some bad experiences initially and even gave them a 1 star review right at the beginning. However, I believe in giving second chances and the explanation they offered made me realize that it wasn’t their fault. I then changed my review to a 5 star as pallet2ship again and again excelled. This company deserves our support as they struggle to keep costs as low as possible despite all the challenges the transport companies around the world face.
Very pleasant company to deal with - had excellent customer service with Andreea from start to finish. The process was smooth and dealt with professionally. Andreea provided me with swift responses and reassurance throughout. After having dealt with other shipping companies in the past - with awful service, I can definitely say that pallet2ship have been the best I’ve used so far. Will definitely use them again!
My experience with pallets to ship started off with a mistake made on my part during booking which should have ruined my collection but the support in particular a staff member called Julian went out of his way and beyond to rectify the situation personally taking ownership of my case and constantly relaying between all concerned shipping parties on my behalf until a solution was resolved and my collection went stress free. I was at work at the time so was limited to input but how nice it was to receive “old school” customer support where someone actually cared about my problem and made it a personal goal to resolve it. I can say from my experience that you will never feel like just a number with Julian on your case. Best customer support in years, A1 Service, have recommended and will 100% use again
Found paperwork a complete hassle to complete, took payment for job then told it couldn't print off commercial Invoice, customer had no EORI number so had to pay a further £97 to send via a different courier. Then was charge another £60 as pallet weighed an extra 20 kilos which I had only estimated the total weight as net weight was only 135 kilos so surprised the pallet and plastic containers weighed over 35 kilos but had no proof. Feel customer services should help beforehand in a system that needs a lot more help than you would think. Overall a little unsatisfied with the whole process
Spoke to a representative on the phone. He lied to me several times that if my parcel was one or two days late I should receive a refund I stated to him it was way past that he then move the goal post on me as businesses like to do to hold onto their money in this country, and then stated to him he lied to me three times when it out blatantly to them on a recorded call. I would advise, seeking other companies besides this one as it is convenient as there are agents, but you can save money elsewhere.
The website for making bookings is good. Staff strive to help whenever issues arise especially with international shipping! and tend to respond promptly. I've been using them for almost ten years and encountered very few issues
