Watched ........Earnest? last night and I literally cried all the way through it. It was hilarious, such talent and the audience members were such good sports for joining in. Super evening. If you get chance to see I would definitely recommend it as you'll have the best time.
The more I visit the more I like this theatre. First time in the stalls tonight. Good view and plenty of space.nOrdered half time drinks to pick up which worked well.nSufficient toilets, always expect a short queue when everyone is dashing for the bar. Make a change from some of the west end theatres.nOverall well worth going to and seems to run a good selection of shows for all ages.
We went here to see ministry of science. The show was great, and kept everyone entertained whilst still learning. The venue was lovely too. Not a huge theatre room Dixon studio which meant it was intimate enough for everyone to see and get involved where they wanted to.
We have been to this lovely old theatre several times. A great local venue, friendly welcoming staff also.nThis time we went to see Myra’s Story, a powerful one woman play about Myra a lady whose life spiralled down to living on the streets of Dublin. Emotional also funny but extremely moving and thought provoking. Best play iv seen in a while. Hope it returns so I can recommend it to everyone.
An old theatre with plenty of character. Don't expect huge leg room but it means it's intimate and a great place to watch a show.
