i always use pal cars and they are usually so great. just now i got a taxi home and it was £8. usually £7 but i didn’t think anything of it. i gave the driver a 20£ note as well as £3 so he could give me £15 back. he only gave me £10. i got out of the taxi and realised he’d ripped me off but before i could say anything he sped away in his car.
Great so far Phone answered straight away and not automated. Quote given quickly. Then booked online with very prompt reply. So good so far.
