Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Loved most of the comedy caper week. Lovely good. Would have liked a folder with bigger map to find our way to chalet especially as it started to get dark by the time we collected our key. Also would have liked a leaflet about activities and time of meals although notices we're on a board but as it was our first visit we didn't know this. However I would definitely come back. Pontins holiday Centre was very run down. Chalet nice and warm. Drawers broken in chalet. No televisions working in the chalets. No heating in the main entertainments room during the whole stay. Staff brilliant. Food excellent. Entertainment excellent.

We thought that the food and entertainment was very good. The accomodation was clean and tidy but very dated the furnishing ie chairs and tables need replacing. The top of the back cushions were ripped and the foam pads were split from the back rests and hanging out. And this was on the majority of chairs in the Princes and Stardust Showbars most of the tables were unsteady. The cafe was never open. And most of the outsde buildings could do with a lick of paint and not the gaudy colours of days gone by something modern would be nice.. the whole place could do with modernising. Now thats my honest oppinion... Now apart from the critiques that you asked for we enjoyed ourselves very much all the staff were very pleasent and helpful the entertainmet very good as was the restaurants catering.

Just returned from 3 night comedy weekend very disappointed entertainment was for children comedians just weren't funny at all . Accommodation was very very basic more like a bad caravan The gardens need work on. The food was very good it's the only thing that was ok
