First I would not recommend for anyone to order from Pagoda Castletroy Limerick. Normally I would ignore the awful reviews online but I said I would chance this restaurant. To summerize, my order took nearly 2 hours to deliver and finally came at 12:45. Delivery service didn’t even apologize for the delay. After waiting over an hour for my food I called the restaurant at 11.56 and was told very rudely my food would only be 5/10 minutes. Half an hour later and my food was still not delivered. I called again and no answer. When we eventually got our food it was nearly cold and the chips were definitely preheated with hardly any chicken. My boyfriends soup was cold and we literally put all the order worth 20 euro straight to the bin. I rang the restaurant the next day and requested to speak to the supervisor in which she refused to give me her name and warned me to loose my attitude. She advised she will call me back in 30 minutes and I have still not received a call to sort a refund. I found the manger very rude and actually find it hard to believe that she treats her customers like this. No wonder all their reviews are awful. As a result my boyfriend was up most the night getting sick. I would highly recommend anyone to NEVER order from this restaurant as this is the worst customer experience I have ever received.
First things first: the Chinese food here is good, very tasty. Prices are about right, not too expensive but due to the quality of the food, not cheap either. The place itself is smallish and not too well lit if you're eating in but don't let that put you off - the take away is excellent. The food was only cooked when I arrived and paid but while I had to wait a short time it was freshly cooked and not just reheated - that makes it very tasty indeed. Recommended
Definitely the best Chinese in the area. Haven't tried much, but the €5.40 student meal is both heavy and delicious. I'd recommend Pagoda everytime. The only con, if any, is that I'd love to taste some really spicy varients of the food they offer.
A better takeaway than sitting in. The place was cold and not much comfort. Food good though. Didn't give us any prawn crackers though!

Good quality reasonably priced chinese cuisine. Though its always deserted the few times that i have visited, they have quick service. Cheaper in takeaways.
Place was cold, food wasn't exactly roasting either, restaurant decor was poor, had starter and main and a mineral, they just give a can and glass no ice or didn't pour it for you, no prawn cracker, starter very small, main was good, background music outdated, served by a waiter wearing a baseball hat, l won't be going here again, takeaway maybe!!
