Lovely staff, the young lady and man who seen me to pierce my bridge were so helpful& kind, was so easy, quick & professional. Really appreciate this because I was so scared to get it but now I’m so happy I chose here was put completely at ease, the piercing is exactly what I wanted too. Most horrific experience, the staff clearly don't know what they are doing. Me and my friend got piercings and they were completely wrong. From 2 second opinions coming from other piercers we were told the piercing was too deep and in the wrong place. We then back to pagans and were told it was fine and that what the other piercers has told us was wrong. We were also told that the bars used were the wrong bars and a hazard as they were too long however pagans said it was fine when it clearly wasn't. Shocking business. Would not recommend whatsoever.
Got my first piercing today and the guy was so nice made me feel comfortable and did an amazing gob didn't hurt a lot. Absolutely fab I will be going heer if I get another piercing. Really good price aswell.
I am reading the reviews listed here, and do not understand what people don't like. Sure, people may not be happy with the piercing placement, and I get each experience is different on that half. But the fact people are saying that the staff were rude ??? They were the nicest shop I have been to for my piercings. Thankyou for my piercings Pagan, I love them
I went there 2 and a half weeks ago to get my tongue and my helix done and at first I thought nothing of it but my helix was hurting so much I could not sleep on it or owt and I took it out today 21 December to give it a clean and I noticed that it was swollen and it was swollen and bruised and infected so if you are planning to come here for a helix piercing don't go somewhere else
staff were nice but they have done 2 of my piercings incorrectly, one being my nose pierced too low, even though i questioned the placement and my navel piercing. my navel started to get closer to the surface of the skin after about 6 months of having it and i visited another shop which told me it had been pierced wrong so i would have to remove it, which is very annoying. everyone seems to have a piercing horror story from this place - don’t go !
I went and got my belly button reopened, the area hurts a week after and I've noticed some pus. Looking back the guy did not wear gloves and I'm wondering how clean the small rod he used was. I'm a bit worried that this could escalate to a fever or sickness. God help!
Staff are so welcoming the minute you walk through the door and very helpful. Piercings are always quick and painless. The new refurbishment is immaculate. Thanks guys!
The two boys Alfie and the other tall one with the nice hair were so amazing and lovely! However… the miserable older woman behind the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE! Told my friend that she’s wasting their time and that they shouldn’t accept her ‘shitty cheap jewlary’ HER WORDS! Would have been five stars if it wasn’t for HER.
It was very good when I got my nose pierced didn’t hurt that much. About an hour later it started to hurt and the pain didn’t stop for about a week. I took my piercing out for the first time today and when I did there was a white string thing sticking out of the hole and it hurt when I tried to pull it out my grandad finally got it out after about 20mins I now can’t smell
