Following recent visits to my Drs I was highly impressed by the level of care, and how well my symptoms and condition were quickly diagnosed. A long term treatment plan is being put in place, and this was all discussed and explained fully. Dr Singh and the other practice staff have all been first class, highly recommended, especially when there is so much negativity regarding local GP services. Thank you.
Absolutely diabolical booking system. I emailed and asked for antibiotics, they were refused. I was told to ring the surgery the next day and ask for an ‘urgent’ appointment. I did this but the system was all automated and there was no option for an ‘urgent’ appointment. Shame on the receptionist for fobbing me off as she knew I could not do as she said. I rang at 8am and 20 minutes later I gave up as the system hung up on me 3 times, and I rang 111 who arranged a telephone appointment. All this while you feel poorly. I feel so sorry for the old folks having to go through this, they definitely want to put you off making an appointment. No patient care at all.
I was given a comprehensive explanation of my condition. I was advised of the treatment with the appropriate medication and a referral to the hospital dept. Excellent professional service. I felt confident and well supported.
The surgery is saying that my husband is on 50mgs of Sertraline when it's clear he's on 100mgs they gave him 50mgs. I rung up and they said we need a letter from our last GP practice to confirm this. This is atrocious as they won't peperscrive him anymore communication need extremely looking at very poor I'm not happy with the surgery and finding another surgery with is more appropriate and functional
Nick was amazing with me. He was so knowledgeable, kind and supportive. Just what I needed at a difficult time in my life. A real asset to the team at Padiham Group Practice.
