Excellent service. Cruise transfer service for our family with a lot of luggage. No problems with early start and also we had a delay on the way home but we kept in contact and it wasn't a problem. Great company. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
Really pleased with Padiham Cars. I used them recently for airport transfer for drop off and return. I found their price competitive and service really efficient. I got a text message confirmation of the booking and a despatch message with live tracking when driver had set off. This feature I found really helpful :. Driver was punctual on both occasion which is assuring when I needed to be at the airport on time. I have already recommended Padiham Cars to my friends and will be using their service again in the future.
Always use Padiham cabs but this week I’d like to give a special mention to the driver of car21.He was a lovely person and we had a friendly chat and a laugh on the way. Unfortunately, I left my purse with all my bank cards, money, house keys and phone in his cab. He returned everything to me and would not accept any reward but seemed genuinely pleased he was able to do this. More like him please! Box of goodies on it’s way.
Great service, on time and polite. Reasonably priced and will definitely use again. Confirmation emails and a WhatsApp number to message. Only issue was that we had to walk to the car as he arrived before we got through passport control. Beyond the initial stress of this we found him to be a lovely guy x
We had a rather chaotic train journey from Wales and were in Padiham when the busses had stopped going to Read. Padiham cars responded within minutes of a call. The driver was concerned and friendly; the car was spotlessly clean; the fare was very reasonable and the whole experience was first class. We don’t use taxis often but would definitely use Padiham Cars again and fully recommend.Service: Limousines
Never been so scared or uncomfortable in a taxi As a solo passenger, middle aged lady travelling from padiham to langho late at night and driver after approx 3miles pulls over on a dark lane demanding paying before he takes me any further or will make me get out. Explained I had the cash in my hand and id pay him when I got home but he shouted and demanded no he wanted the money now. I rang the office and was told he was fine to ask for the money. I was made to feel nervous, scared and frightened that I wouldn’t get home. not being funny I’m a professional middle aged woman who isn’t athletic, not like I was going to run off women travelling alone should avoid!
Booked an airport pick up recently and the service was excellent. Really good communication from the company. Unfortunately my baggage took 2 hours to arrive after landing but the driver Sultan? was very understanding, told me not to worry and waited for me : Really nice guy and a credit to your company . Thank you

Airport taxi return from padiham to manchester, can't fault either driver and car 49 on the way back was brilliant, had a train to catch at Hapton and even though we were stuck in traffic at one point he made it on time. Thanks, will definitely use again.
Booked a taxi at 430pm for 530 pm came at 6 pm after constant ringing and running on to another street to find them late for my appointment never use again they were good taxi services a few months ago
