I bought a car for less than £10,000 and the after sales service overall was excellent, we had follow up courtesy calls and even an invite for a free valet! In direct contrast, just over a year ago I bought a brand new bike from Padgetts which cost almost £15,000 and it has got to be said Helen was brilliant, very knowledgable and always helpful. However, as soon as I rode away that’s where it all stopped. Other than the 1st service (which was done badly) I have had no contact at all from Padgetts. I developed a software issue (my fault) and to rectify that problem they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for what was a 10 minute data plug in. I eventually had that done at another reputable main dealer for just £15. Yamaha UK confirmed that was the correct price. All in all, Padgetts offered me the most competitive deal for a new bike, but unfortunately their after sales / customer care focus let’s them down. Would I spend so much money with them again? Based on these experiences I would prefer to pay a little more for continuous support and service (certainly during the first weeks and months) so unfortunately my answer would have to be not at this moment in time :(

I left a negative review before on this website but after I spoke with a guy which I don't know his nice name I totally changed my mind he himself explained everything fundamentally which made me to admire and appreciate their hard and honest services. I highly recommend this place to every single biker in west Yorkshire and abroad. I give 5 stars as here is no more but definitely they deserve more than this I am speechless. Best of luck guys.

After my bike failed it's MOT, they went out of their way to quote for fixing it. They spent quite a bit of time looking over it and pricing up the options. I made a decision not to repair it so they sat me down and made sure that I had a Coffee and that I was okay. I wandered around all three shops looking for a new bike. Each time I wandered in, I was asked what help I wanted and then left to decide. I came back to Paolo with a list of requirements and he went through the options. At no time did I feel pressured. He helped me narrow it down to two options. He was happy to wheel the bikes out so that I could have a proper look before we sorted out a test ride. The bike went through the workshop ready for a test ride. I took the bike for a ride and came back with a couple of little things that they fixed straight away. They gave it another check over before they let me take the bike. I'm happy with the price I paid and with the gentle way that they helped me with finance. For customer service in both Service and Sales departments, I give 10 out of 10. They looked after me as a person. I would highly recommend them to you and will be coming here again when I need the bike servicing and when it's time for a new one.
