1). I have lived in this town for many years and have noticed that there has been absolutely no improvements or modernisation of the Pharmacy. 
2). Prescribed medication is often not available.
3). Poor disabled access to the Pharmacy, you have to sit outside and try and get the attention of a staff member, who then has to carry out a ramp. No automatic doors.
4). Please join this century. Think of your customers and dig into your corporate pockets.
