Ordered on 20/06/2024 still not arrived sent email and they said they were not in stock but didn't mention it when ordering paid for one to days delivery but got no apology no refund for the express delivery would not place a order with company again. Let's hope my order turn up soon
Went for some suspension parts they were showing stock but unfortunately stock was 0 so went to DLS they were also out of stock but sold me terrafirma parts for discounted price. Its a bit of swings and roundabouts with them now I have been a customer since 1979 very loyal but needs must if they can't keep the internet stock levels right and don't offer equivalent parts at a similar price got to shop Elsewhere.
Ordered D2 rear shock mounts for a customers vehicle. Parts dispatched 2 days after ordering despite paying for express delivery which meant I had to rebook customers car in. Parts and car arrived, cut the old mounts off and went to fit the new ones, discovered they are very poor quality/fit leaving the mounting points and bolt holes at the wrong angle, enough that you wouldn't be able to bolt the shock on. I spent an afternoon reworking them to fit nicely which is a killer when you work for yourself. Returning them wasn't an option as I would be left with a grumpy customer and a car with no shock mounts. Customer service seemed promising on the phone but this soon changed once I'd emailed them explaining the situation. They refused to acknowledge a problem with these parts and said the others in stock are the same! I would have appreciated if they showed some good will but instead I got textbook excuses as to why they couldn't help. Such a shame that I will have to avoid Paddocks in future for fear of receiving poor quality parts with no recourse!
Use for the last 30 odd years as build lots of land rovers staff Bob Noel and all very helpful and friendly and above all knowledge by the bucket full 10/10

Best LR part dealer so far. I never got any issues with ordering or else. The shipping time is about one week incl. PayPal paying time to germany. I hope that the Brexit couldn't change anything about that great service and shipping to germany!

One star is fully deserved - I paid for express delivery after spending £400 - I was told a day later that my item was in fact not in stock so there would be a delay of multiple days, I asked for a refund for the express delivery £5 but was told that my options were to either cancel or change to standard delivery. It's the principal, not the amount. If you pay for faster delivery because you need the parts and the delay is their fault then why should I be the one who suffers!? Won't be using them again.
