An excellent garage for BMW servicing that exceeds what I've experienced at the main dealer. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Prices are very reasonable too. The waiting area has recently been upgraded and I was able to work on my laptop whilst my service was being carried out. The main dealer nearby had previously said I needed a new dpf at £1300. Paddock found the fault in 20 minutes and replaced a pressure switch for around £150. An honest reliable garage.

All the staff were very friendly and courteous, and the job done was top notch!! Will definitely recommend to anyone else and will be using them again if I encounter any other issues!

I have been using Paddocks for a number of years and they have alawys provided a good service.The timing chain snapped on my BMW 635d. Paddocks did a great job in replacing the engine with a 2nd hand one I purchased. There was a complication when I returned home, which they sorted immediately providing me with a courtesy car until the issue was sorted.

After purchasing a BMW z4 from another garage i had an engine management light pop up, the following week i noticed that the air-con wasn't working, the roof wells were flooding, the rear window heater was not functioning either and the fans for the heater weren't operating fully. Booked in with Paddock motors and i have to say i am VERY IMPRESSED. We had the initial test done on the car and it came back as an O2 sensor, They took it upon themselves to get the job done, not only that but they have fixed every fault with the car at a very reasonable price. I will not take my car anywhere else in the future. Very professional service, very quick service (was only without the car for one day). I am over the moon. If you've got a BMW these are your guys.
