Called and placed order. 35 mins after they said it could arrive I was still waiting. I called and was told they would deliver it once a driver was available. I asked when that would be and they said they didn’t know, so I cancelled the order. Was so looking forward to the meal. Why tell me a delivery time if you know you can’t make it? Very very poor service.
First time ordering from this Chinese/ Japanese restaurant! Came in around 30 minutes, low delivery cost, tasty food, great service! I would definitely order from here again!

Order a takeaway to cowroast marina and payed by card . I then received a call 30 minutes later from a very rude woman claiming she could not possibly deliver to the marina because her other deliveries were in the other direction and I would have to have a refund instead. The marina is 2 miles from there shop. She then hung up. Would not recommend they have a bad attitude and poor customer service
Used to be nice food and nice service however now it has changed hands. They have some useless girl on the phone who took my order it took her about 20 minutes to take my order over the phone. then phoned 45 minutes later to tell me that it wasn’t coming because ‘it’s too far’ .. useless never using them again.
Adding to a recent list of one star reviews. Ordered two hours in advance. Order arrived over 40 mins late. No apologies when chased up and no offer of discount. Terrible service. Avoid
Delicious! We ordered for 20 people and it arrived in an hour, accurate and fresh. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. We will definitely order from here again.
Half our order was wrong and what did arrive was awful the girl who answers the phone is absolutely idiotic and useless everything was bland and plastic tasting don’t waste your money
Changed hands such a shame we really loved the food. They are offering too much on the menu never a good sign.
